Hollie Wolverton lives and writes in rural Maine, where wildlife outnumbers people. She is active in the Society of Children's Book Writers & Illustrators and Inked Voices. Hollie's focus is on creating humorous picture books to entertain children, and she's had some success with that audience, placing 1st and 4th in the Kids’ Choice KidLit Writing Contest in 2023 and 2022, respectively. When not writing, revising or critiquing, she can be found running in the woods…watching out for bears.
